Let's Go For a Ride!

I am SO excited about this new set, designed by my brother's wife, Erinne. Isn't she amazing? So if you have a little boy's room or playroom that you need to spice up, this might just be the ticket!

It comes with a school bus, fire truck, tow truck, taxi cab, police car, farm truck, and semi truck. Also included are a stoplight and speed limit sign along with 50 dashes to create your own road.

I am so loving that school bus!

Chalkboard Vinyl!

My newest obsession is a discovery that I think is AMAZING! Chalkboard vinyl! My head is spinning from the possiblities. I started with this menu, which I LOVE. It has totally helped me get organized with my meals. I have also done it for people with "To Do" or "This Week" at the top so you could use it more like a calander. The menu board is $24 (chalkboard vinyl is more expensive) and can be purchased through this blog or my etsy shop(link on the right). It measures 15" wide x 24" high.

I am working on labels, animals, job charts, and FHE charts. If you have an idea of something you would like to do with chalkboard vinyl just let me know!

Baby Girl Nursery

Last week I got down to business decorating the nursery. I was hoping to avoid painting to save time and money. My friend Megan gave me a cute bumper with red, blue, and green so since the walls were already light blue and green, I added some red and voila, a baby girl nursery! I also added a little teeny tiny bit of vinyl of course. Some might say I overdid it, but is that really possible with vinyl?

I used the round and round circle set in candy apple red, sky blue, and white. You can find it in my etsy shop. I also added some small birdies.

I put red, blue, and white circles all over the place and added some birdies as well.

The baby name tree is a new addition to my etsy shop. The tree will have the baby's name in it once she is born.

This alpahbet was done for a children's play room. The red square is paint, but all of the letters are done with vinyl. The size of this piece applied is 62" x 71". $55. Cost includes choice of up to 8 different colors. Can also be sized down to fit your space and budget.
